Notion is an all-in-one workspace where you can write, plan, and collaborate with others, as well as take notes, manage projects, create content and so much more.
To make work in Notion even more organized, you can embed Todoist. By doing this, you’ll not only have your projects at hand while working on content, but you’ll also be able to view your upcoming tasks next to your notes.
Quick tip
You can also use the 2sync integration to create a Notion template that automatically mirrors tasks from your Todoist. Add a task in Todoist, and it instantly appears in Notion, and vice versa.
Set up the integration
- In Notion, type
/embed
in a new line. - Add the Embed block.
- Add Todoist’s sign-in URL:
https://todoist.com/app
. Or if you'd like to embed a specific view to Notion, e.g. a project, filter, or label view, copy the link to this view from the address bar in the web app and add this instead. - Click Embed link.
- Log in to your Todoist account using your email and password. If you're using your Apple ID, Google account, or Facebook account to log in, here’s how to add a password.
Warning
The Notion integration isn't fully supported on mobile devices. To use the integration without issues, open Notion with a web browser and log in to your Todoist account.
Remove the integration
To remove the embedded Todoist block:
- Hover over the right corner of the Todoist block.
- Click the three dots icon.
- Select Delete.
